These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 77idn platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By using 77idn, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use 77idn. One account per person, household, and device. Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC check and must be returned to the same account used for the original deposit.
All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), creation of multiple accounts, and any form of fraud or abuse of promotional terms are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77idn. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your personal records.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. 77idn operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
Age Restriction: Registration and use of this Platform by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be operated by an underage individual will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
The Platform is operated with a primary focus on players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting and gaming services is not prohibited under applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your place of residence.
Each individual may hold only one Account on 77idn. The creation of multiple Accounts by any single person — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Employees of 77idn, its affiliated companies, technology providers, game studios, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register an Account or use the Services.
To access the Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. 77idn will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
We strongly recommend enabling all available Account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access, suspicious activity, or breach of security relating to your Account.
77idn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the Account holder is found to be ineligible under these Terms; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; (c) the Account is used in breach of these Terms; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Before processing any withdrawal from your Account, 77idn is required to verify your identity. This process, commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer), involves the submission of valid identity and address documentation.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). 77idn reserves the right to request additional documentation where required. Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending completion of verification.
Note: KYC is a standard industry requirement designed to protect players and prevent financial crime. Submitting false or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
77idn accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). All accepted payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your Account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 77idn does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the depositing institution or e-wallet provider and may incur additional fees for which 77idn accepts no responsibility.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, time of day, and any system maintenance periods. 77idn is not responsible for delays caused by banking or e-wallet processing systems beyond our control.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any funds received from an unverified third-party source will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawals may only be requested once your KYC verification has been successfully completed. Unverified Accounts are not eligible for withdrawals. Additionally, any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. 77idn does not transfer winnings to accounts not previously used for deposits on your Account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, the amount, and whether additional verification is required. VIP members may be eligible for priority withdrawal processing. All times are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account settings and may vary by Account tier.
77idn does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing charges, for which 77idn accepts no responsibility. We recommend checking with your payment provider for any applicable fees before initiating a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77idn are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general terms in this clause and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum odds, eligible games, time limit, and any game-type restrictions are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms and conditions page.
Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. 77idn reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, and to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where abuse or circumvention is suspected.
Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit a promotional offer — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim a single offer, or providing false information to qualify — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance and cannot be reinstated.

All bets are subject to acceptance by 77idn. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. 77idn reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or under incorrect conditions, 77idn reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your Account Balance. This applies to all product types including sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, postponement beyond the settlement window, incorrect market set-up, or any other circumstance deemed appropriate by 77idn's trading team. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's Account.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and vary by sport, event, market type, and Account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. 77idn reserves the right to adjust individual Account stake limits at any time.
Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to a brief delay period during which the bet is assessed. 77idn reserves the right to reject in-play bets where the outcome is known or highly predictable at the time of placement. Connectivity issues during live betting are the responsibility of the player; 77idn is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to network interruption on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77idn Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:
Warning: 77idn actively monitors all activity on the Platform for prohibited conduct. Where fraud or financial crime is detected, we will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and may be required to report the matter to applicable regulatory bodies.
All content on the 77idn Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of 77idn or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the Platform without our prior written consent.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used under licence by 77idn.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 77idn is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that Policy.
We collect personal data necessary for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and the delivery of our Services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles and is secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

77idn endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or service disruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable technical issues may cause temporary interruptions for which 77idn will not be held liable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77idn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial losses arising from betting outcomes.
You acknowledge that betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion and risk. 77idn provides the Platform as an entertainment service; we are not responsible for any financial decisions you make while using the Services.
77idn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.
77idn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version of these Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77idn is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in that jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause shall prevent 77idn from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraud.
Indonesia Market Note: 77idn is operated internationally and serves players in Indonesia on the basis that each player has independently determined that their access to and use of online betting services is consistent with the laws applicable to them in their place of residence. Players are responsible for their own compliance with local laws.
